Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. We understand how critical a secure and comfortable fit is for an enjoyable music experience, and we appreciate your feedback. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, meaning they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, simply place the earbuds in your ears, making sure to check the bottom for directional markings: "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to upgrade to the Bud 3s. When I saw the shiny gray color, it made me make the jump from my white Bud FEs. When I put them in my ears, I loved the sound. But quickly noticed that they moved alot. And slowly began to fall out of my ear. I looked at the video to make sure I was wearing them the right way. I was. But they always fall out of my ears. They aren't secure at all. I'm mad because I actually like how they sound. And when I try to adjust them during a call, it hangs up on people. That's annoying.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Vic. We love to see that the shiny gray color and sound quality have impressed you. However, we understand how frustrating it can be when the earbuds don’t fit securely and unintentionally disrupt your calls. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds designed for a lightweight and natural feel. To ensure they stay securely in place, it’s important to wear them properly. Check for the directional markings (L for the left earbud and R for the right earbud), and make sure each bud is placed in the correct ear. Angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, and gently rotate them forward or backward until they feel more stable. These adjustments can significantly improve the fit and prevent them from moving or falling out. Regarding the pinch controls, accidental touches can occur during adjustments. To minimize this, we recommend adjusting the buds from the top and avoid using the stems to adjust them. For any questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Hey Charlie! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. We totally understand how frustrating it can be when buds don’t stay put while you work. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type which means they don’t have tips. To help them fit better, make sure to check the directional marks at the bottom. Pop the R bud in your right ear and the L bud in your left. It might take a moment to find that perfect angle, but once you do, they should feel more secure. If you angle the microphone towards your mouth while ensuring they fit comfortably by rotating them a bit, they can feel much more stable. Your comfort is super important to us, so please adjust them until they feel just right. We hope you continue to enjoy the great features of the Galaxy Buds3. If you have more concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Kuci! We always appreciate hearing from our valued customers. As you mentioned, getting started is all about proper placement. The L and R markings on the bottom of each bud help you easily identify which one goes in which ear. When inserting them, make sure the R faces you in your right ear and the L in your left ear. This orientation is crucial for optimal sound and performance. For the best audio experience, angle the blade slightly to ensure the microphone points towards your mouth. This way, you’ll enjoy clear conversations and great sound quality. And don’t forget, you can adjust the fit by gently rotating the buds back and forth until they feel just right. If you have any further questions or want tips on maximizing your experience with them, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I've never used this type of headphone before but I see what I've been missing. The Galaxy Bud3 is a game changer. I lost one and that is the only problem I've experienced.
