Buds do not fit the ear
on March 17, 2025
Posted by: budsdontfit
I bought the Buds3 and I was looking forward to it fitting because the Galaxy Live Buds fit (unfortunately lost one and couldn't be replaced). These do not fit in the ear. Within minutes of wearing it, the buds start to slip off. I tried looking online for hacks on making it fit but they don't work.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's awesome to see that you’ve been a fan of the Galaxy Buds lineup, and we understand how important a comfortable and secure fit is for a positive listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, meaning they don’t have earbud tips like canal-type buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you will see an “L” for the left bud and an “R” for the right bud. Insert the “R” bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the “L” bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. To ensure optimal placement, slightly angle the bud so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable and secure. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Great sound
on March 17, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds have a great sound and great options for EQ. Like the case it comes in and easy and fast charging.
Only thing I'm not crazy about is the buds are not secure enough on my ears. Constantly keeps falling off and in order for me to have them stay secure, have to constantly keep moving them and turning them and it helps a little.
Wish they had a better grip with at least a thin silicone grip for ear.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We’re thrilled that you enjoy the sound quality and the equalizer options, as well as the design of the case and its convenient, fast charging feature. We understand that a secure fit is essential for a great listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed with different ear tip sizes to help users achieve a more comfortable and stable fit. To improve the fit, ensure the directional markings (L for left and R for right) are followed, and try gently rotating the earbuds forward or backward until they sit snugly in your ears. Your feedback about grip improvements, such as the addition of silicone for better hold, is greatly appreciated. For any further questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Love my buds
on March 17, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds when working in the yard or while I'm cleaning. They drown out any and all background noise.
Easily slip in my ears and I like that I can tap them to control features.
