[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using ear buds, I've demonstrated them before, never bought. The Samsung Buds sure did change that!! I'm listening to music I've had on my phone for years...but now I'm hearing notes, instruments, things I didn't pick up on. Opened a whole new door.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung buds 3 is honestly the best product by far for when it comes to their comfort and sound quality. I have had these buds for about 4 months now and I really love the sound and how I can customize the bass on the galaxy wearable app. The noise cancelation is better than ever and it helps when you are on a exercise run or trying to meditate. My streaming experience is better than before when I can hear every aspect of sound the video/movie provides. I have more focus in school and a more focused mind now that I mention. The battery life is amazing since it gets me through a whole day of straight relaxation. I really love and enjoy having the buds 3 they are by far the best ear bud product ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Samsung user for well over 20yrs. In that time I have only ever had one lemon product. Thankfully, these Buds3 are one of the good ones. Samsung consistently stays ahead of the game and far surpasses the Fruit group.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They linked to everything right out of the box. Life becomes so much simpler when they get into my ears
They don't fit in my ears well. They slip out all the time. That's always the problem with earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for reaching out to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds! We appreciate your insisights as we continue to make improvements and changes. We see that you may be having some challenges with the fit of these buds. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place the buds in your ears and check the bottom for directional markers—you will see an “L” for left and an “R” for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels comfortable. We hope these steps enhance your experience with the Buds3. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a lot of different buds and these have easily been my favorite. My favorite thing about them is the seamless activity across apps and devices. They do a great job of switching between whatever device I am using. The only one I have an issue with is my galaxybook 2 but this feature is amazing. The sound is good and I haven't had any issues with using them for phone calls. My main issue was my fault in that I would recomend springing for the pro version. These are really comfortable without the rubber nib but they don't do a very good job with noise canceling even with the ANC. Theres just too much space to cancel out anything and I feel like the Pro version would fix this.
