Good sound, great battery

on March 24, 2025

Posted by: KatarinaPetrov

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have a good sound quality and absolutely amazing battery life, I regularly sleep with one ear bud in and can with a full charge use it overnight and we'll into the following afternoon before needing to charge it. I would've given 5 stars if the ear piece itself was a little smaller so that it stays in my ear without having to purchase a set of ear hooks from Amazon to ensure I don't lose them.

Thanks for reaching out, Katarina. We appreciate you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. It’s great to see that you’re enjoying the sound quality and incredible battery life, which provides up to 6 hours of playtime with Active Noise Cancellation on and up to 30 hours with the charging case. This longevity makes them ideal for extended use, like overnight listening. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed with an open-ear style that doesn’t use traditional ear tips. This design prioritizes a more natural listening experience and ambient awareness but may feel different compared to in-ear models. It’s great to know that you’ve found a solution with ear hooks to ensure they stay secure during use. Your feedback is valuable and highlights the importance of design options for different preferences. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to see more options for the replacement ear buds. Sizes in between the normal sizes. Apparently my ears are off lol. Other than that they are great 😃

Everything sounds tinny

on March 23, 2025

Posted by: Clint85

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely high highs and distorted lows. Cheap feel. Clunky controls. Spotty ANC. Returned to get the Pro version. Open ear design is not for me. Other people might enjoy them. Connectivity is amazing, call quality is good, good mic, nice features like AI and translator is cool. The equalizer was really cool too. They fell out of my ear a lot.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Clint. It’s great to see that you appreciated the amazing connectivity, call quality, and mic performance, as well as standout features like AI, translator capabilities, and the customizable equalizer, which provides unique sound options. For the fit, proper adjustment is key to ensuring comfort and stability. Aligning the earbuds with the directional marks (L for the left ear and R for the right ear), rotating them slightly, and using the ear tips that provide the most secure seal can improve their fit. Regular cleaning of the touch-sensitive sensors and ear tips also helps maintain their performance and fit. Your feedback on the sound quality and open-ear design provides valuable insight. Thank you for highlighting these aspects, as they contribute to a better understanding of user preferences. Do not buy these, buy the pros.

I bought this, and I am rating it so low for a single reason. They hurt, they are uncomfortable, and wearing them semi-frequently has genuinely blistered and bruised the inside of my ear.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. Comfort is an important aspect of using earbuds, and we understand the importance of ensuring a proper fit. To help enhance comfort and minimize discomfort, we recommend trying different ear tip sizes provided with the Galaxy Buds3. Selecting the right size ensures a snug but gentle fit that reduces pressure on the ears. Properly aligning the earbuds with the directional marks (L for left and R for right) and angling them slightly for a secure fit can also make a difference. Regular cleaning of the earbuds and ear tips can help maintain their condition and fit. Your experience matters, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Ensuring that users have a comfortable and enjoyable experience is something we strive for, and your feedback is valuable for continuous improvement.
