Some improvements, slip out easily

Quality audio. Good balance between ears. massive upgrade in touch commands since Buds 2. However, the phsycial design is slippery and they're extremely likely to fall out of the ear with little provocation.

Always falling out of my ears

I bought these a month and a half ago and im not impressed with the earbud 3 the earbud 2's is so much better.

Hey Kilodan! We appreciate you taking the time to share your honest review about the Galaxy Buds3. We hate to see that you haven't had the best experience so far with your buds. If you are having trouble keeping your buds from falling The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get the best fit, start by checking the bottom of each earbud for directional marks, where you'll find an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right earbud. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and similarly, insert the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We hope these tips enhance your experience! Won't stay in ear

The is sound is good and I followed the instructions for wearing them, but they fell out of my ears with little to no movement on my part. I should have purchased the pro's. Will be returning after only one day after delivery

If your Buds are not staying in your ears, please note that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, so they do not have silicone tips. To use them, simply place the earbuds in your ears and check the bottom for directional marks; you will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left (L) bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the bud so that the microphone at the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down.
