Not what I expected in quality from samsung

I bought these 4 months ago. The quality in craftsmanship is crap. After a month i threw them in the drawer because the rubber ear seats continue to fall apart been through 4 sets now. Gone back to my pro buds 2 because they are really that much better. I feel the sound quality is better side by side in my pro buds 2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When you’re trying to get the perfect fit, just remember to check for those directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—you’ll find the L and R indicators. It’s all about placing the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L in your left ear with the L facing you, just as you described. And you’re spot on about angling the blade slightly! Kinda disappointing

I really wanted to love these since they're designed more like airpods than other galaxy buds models, but alas, like most ear buds, they just won't stay in my ears. The sound is good, but it's not consistent. Sometimes I feel like they're crazy loud and I have to turn them way down. Other times I have to turn them all the way up to hear. The controls don't make a ton of sense. I'm just overall pretty disappointed. I absolutely LOVE Samsung, but Airpods are superior. They're they only earbuds that ever actually stayed in my ears :(

Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, they offer a unique and comfortable fit without earbud tips. It’s important to ensure you’re inserting them correctly for optimal performance. Be sure to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds; you’ll see an L and an R. Make sure the R bud fits snugly in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L in your left ear, also facing you. A handy tip is to slightly angle the blade so that the microphone points towards your mouth, which can enhance voice clarity during calls. Since the Galaxy Buds3 have that open-type design, it can feel a bit different from what you might be used to with traditional ear tips. To help you get the best experience, start by placing them in your ears and looking for the directional marks—an ‘L’ and an ‘R’. When you insert the R bud, make sure the ‘R’ is facing you, and do the same for the left one. A little tip we love is to angle the bud so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth.
