[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product but the sharp edges take away from the sleakness. But I love the use of galaxy Ai but it could be more accurate with the interpreter settings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how they sound. Crisp. Wish they were a bit louder but love that they don't go all the way into my ear. And wish more colors were offered.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using the earbuds for a month now and ive never been happier the AI stuff is awesome and the sound quality is top notch the only thing is my ears are small so when I do a lot of activities they some times fall out other then that they are awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These galaxy buds3 are not to comfortable, they keep sliding out of my ears. After about 4 months one ears volume became very low, so that leaves only one ear working correct. I think the design of these which are like air pods are not to great maybe I should have went with the buds3 pro.

Hi Chris! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. It sounds like you’ve had some challenges with fit and sound volume, and we're here to help. Finding the right fit can really enhance your experience, so trying a different way of wearing the earbuds might help. For the low volume in one ear, there are a few things that could be at play. Checking for any dust or debris is a great first step, and keeping your software updated can also make a difference. Sometimes, low battery levels can affect sound quality too. We’ll include some links to help you find a better fit and address the audio balance. We want you to enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 to the fullest! If this continues to be your experience, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/ (sound volume) https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003519/ (how to wear your buds) smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
