Love the way they fit

Buds 3 seem nice but won't always charge

These buds fit well and sound good for the open ear design. Right earbud won't consistently charge since day 1. Support is a joke!

Regarding the charging concern with the right earbud, ensuring the charging contacts are clean and free from sweat or liquid can help maintain a proper connection. Corrosion on the contacts can sometimes interfere with charging, so wiping them down before placing the earbuds in the case may improve consistency. If the concern persists, restarting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and pressing the Connect button for more than 3 seconds might help. Wont fit in my ear no matter how much i try!!

I been samsung fan freak since galaxy s3. Always sticking with samsung products. I got these buds thinking they are good and will be a great asset while working out, listening to music and during calls. I dont have complain about the battery life and the sound quality. Everything is top notch but it wont simply fit in my ears!! I tried everything, tried replacing the bud's eartip part, changes the sizes.. nothing, nothing works at all. It keeps on falling after sometime and apparently its so irritating! I cant focus on my workout because i have to worry about my earbuds about to fall. i researched online and found out that even other people are facing similar problems. Samsung is such a big company and they should do more research on product design so that it dont have issues like this. Samsung never disappointed me but with this product, i am hugely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
