Long battery and stay in my ears good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds have a long battery life, they stay in my ears even while running and playing golf. I wish they had a galaxy AI feature. The case is nice and I'm happy with the buds. I would buy them again.

Buds 3 ear grip and sound quality,Galaxy ai review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 are an overall 4 stars. The sound quality is wonderful and is amazing compared to other earbuds. The galaxy ai features is overall fantastic. The live transcribe, aswell as being able to pause your music just by saying it is absolutely fantastic.
However my only problem is with the ear grip. I cannot keep these earbuds in ear for more than 10+ minutes before it starts to fall out.
Over all I love the buds 3. I recommend these to anyone thinking to switch to Samsung. Go for it.

Awesome but easily misplaced

Was Okay at first, Not anymore.

They worked great for the first two- three months. However, they started to have connectivity issues with the buds to the case charging. Then there were problems with the mic, until that started working all together. Along with the sound reducing slowly not working. I tried taking it to the repair shop, but even after cleaning it, it was still having problems and they don't have replacement parts for them. And contacting support, I would have had to mail it in instead of getting replacements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product For It's Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love them because the battery life is good enough for atleast 2-3 days but the case could have a bigger battery the buds have great noise cancelation from the Galaxy AI and bass response and a great fit I broke my headphones for my pc they are a great substitute for about a week. Only downside is every 2-3 weeks the speaker grill gets full of earwax easy fix but I wish it had a standoff like other earbuds but overall it was a great purchase I will never regret. I forgot to mention, I dropped them so many times and they stay in their case so helpfull.

These ear buds are good on sound quality.
But they constantly fall out a ear which so annoying. Furthermore, they are NOT comfortable at all. I constantly have to reposition them in my ear to maintain a decent fit.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 with us. Your feedback is crucial as we continue to make changes and improvements. We see that you may be having a hard time getting your buds not to fall out of your ears. It's worth mentioning that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type ones, which means they don’t have ear tips. To ensure the best fit, we recommend paying attention to the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You'll find an "R" for the right bud and an "L" for the left. When you insert them, make sure to place the "R" bud in your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the "L" bud in your left ear. Additionally, to achieve a comfortable fit, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. We hope these tips help enhance your listening experience!
