We hate to see that you've not been able to get your buds to stay in your ears. While we currently don’t offer ear tips or covers specifically for these buds, we want to ensure you achieve the best fit possible. First, please pay close attention to the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You’ll notice an “R” for the right bud and an “L” for the left. When inserting them, make sure the “R” bud is in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the “L” in your left ear. For the most comfort and sound quality, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can also rotate the buds forward and backward until they feel just right for you. We hope these tips enhance your listening experience! It would be cool if the Buds spoke the message senders name. And maybe said the name of the caller and asked if you would like to answer or reject. It would help when hands are busy. And the battery life could be better. But overall I like them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a bit hard to please when it comes to headphones and ear buds. I consider myself more of an audiophile than not. I own a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Px8 over ear headphones that are incredible but I found myself occasionally grabbing earbuds when I am in situations that require me to attend to random humans. These are good sounding, unobtrusive and actually not that uncomfortable. Also, they feel more secure than the Galaxy buds 2 and while I don't use it having access to the Galaxy Ai seems useful.

It's okay, I like its new features. But there is a problem that it makes me feel like it's slipping out of my ears and is even very easy to slip off. Valuing the volume is not good because it can cancel your calls when you accidentally press it wrong
