Horrible experience. Just months after purchasing, the right bud stopped chasing. Read some blogs on what to do. Most said, press it down. That worked for a few, I've cleaned every thing, reset.... All of it! NOW, the left bud will only charge to 47%! Frustrating!

Thanks for reaching out to us, Bob. We hate to see that your buds have not been able to charge your buds properply and one of them won't charge at all. We see that you've already begun troubleshooting, but we’d like to go through a few more steps with you. First, please ensure you are using an approved charger. Be sure to use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). Additionally, inspect the case, earbuds, and charger for any signs of damage. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. You may also consider adding extra protection with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended coverage and support. If the situation continues, we will need to investigate further. Thanks for reaching out to us! We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the Galaxy Buds3! We’re glad to hear you enjoy the sound quality, but we understand you may be having some difficulty with the fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and do not come with ear tips, which may take some time to get used to. To use them, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings: an "L" for the left ear and an "R" for the right ear. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth, and adjust them by rotating forwards and backwards until you find a comfortable fit. We hope this helps you enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 even more! If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Terrible. They don't fit the ears, so they actually hurt, and always feel like they're about to fall out. Because they don't fit the ears, the noise reduction is awful. I literally hear everything around me more than I do what's in the buds. I thought I would at least be able to swap something out so they could fit better, so I didn't exchange right away, but you can't. Not pleased with this product at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I've ever owned a pair of Galaxy ear buds. I wish I would have paid attention to the pictures. With that being said, I really hate headphones that have nothing holding it in or on my ear. These things do not stay in if you start to sweat. They are so easily knocked out and it scares me constantly. I should have looked at the pros. That rubber ear piece is what I REALLY wanted, but yet, I was dumb and didn't pay attention to the pictures.

These buds are TERRIBLE. They do not fit well and do not come with any adaptor for ear size. They constantly fall out of my ears. DON"T waste your money.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Stus. We appreciate you taking the time to share your honest thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. We hate to see that you haven't been able to get the best fit with your Buds3. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, meaning they do not have ear tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears, ensuring you check the bottom of each earbud for directional markings: an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and make any necessary adjustments by rotating the buds forward or backward until they feel comfortable. We genuinely hope these steps help you achieve a better fit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely love my Galaxy ear buds. They are cute, convenient, hold a decent charge, and charge up fast, when needed, I love the Galaxy AI features, and that I can easily change the tap control settings. The sound is clear and great quality, I like the ambient noise feature, so that I can still be aware of what is going on around me.
If I had to find any constructive feedback to give, I would say that I wish that they would stay in my ears a little better. They still fit pretty good, but they do fall out of my ear on occasion.
It would also be amazing if there was a button on the charging case, that could help me to locate a missing ear bud... Like if I pressed the button, and then the ear bud would light up, or have a blinking light on it somewhere... or maybe it could make a recognizable sound, to help me find it easier... I've never completely lost one, but I had some trouble finding one before, when one bud fell out of my ear, while on a plane, and it had landed on the floor, in the area where the people behind me were sitting. I ended upbfinding it, luckily... but just a suggestion or idea.
