Good product, poor support

Purchased this for a customer of mine. Not only did the SE engineer recommend the wrong product for my customers environment once, but twice!! With 2 RMA's, this wasted hours of time of multiple people and gave the customer a bad impression.
Cons: Difficult to Use, Lacking Vendor Support
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reliable and Efficient UPS for Critical Equipment

The APC Smart-UPS On-Line 5.4kVA has been excellent for keeping our rack-mounted equipment protected. Setup was straightforward with the included rail kit, and the network card makes monitoring simple. Extended runtime is a huge plus, and the variety of outlets (2x L6-20R + 2x L6-30R) covers all our devices. Overall, a solid choice for anyone needing dependable power protection in a professional environment.
Pros: Easy to Overclock, Energy Efficient, Easy to Perform Maintenance, Ease of Management, Good Value, High Quality, Fast, Good Vendor Support, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime
