I love a strong cup of coffee. I thought this was going to be a winner but at the very first taste I disliked it! It is watery and adding even a little bit of creamer makes it even worse. The taste is off, I can't even describe that part. I will never purchase this again.

What could be better than an Italian Espresso roast? As it turned out, just about anything. I really wanted this to be deep, dark, and delicious. Instead it was watery and weak. I brewed this using the 6 oz. option, and my first clue that it wasn't going to meet my expectations was being able to see through it like a glass of iced tea. I decided to brew a second cup, just to make sure I hadn't done something wrong, and the second cup was as transparent as the first. I tried a third cup with the same results. And the flavor matched the color - weak and watery. I would consider this a light roast coffee.
Pros: Not Bitter
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Roasted Too Light, Not Enough Flavor

I usually order the Barista Prima Columbia which is a dark roast and the Lavazza had good ratings but is not anywhere near as strong. The flavor is good. If you want a dark roast be warned this is pretty weak flavored.

Norwegian Cruise lines carries this brand. I was very impressed with how much these k-cups taste like coffee from the ship. Of course not the same effect as sipping it on the balcony of our suite while sailing in the Caribbean, but still a great cup of coffee.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

I have ordered dark roast, bold flavored coffees for about three years. This is the first I've run onto, that I wish I'd not wasted my money on. I will save it for visitors who like weak coffee (those who use the same k-cup twice). I expect EXPRESSO to be robust. It needs to be reclassified and listed among the light roast varieties.

Wow. This is bland. I mean just terrible. This doesn't taste anything like espresso at all. I brewed it on a 4oz setting and it still tasted watered down and just...yuck. I am not sure if I can return this as I bought it at a grocery store. No flavor whatsoever. What a waste.
