Returned the first one because it was very noisy. It will go from quiet to noisy at different times. Second one is doing same thing. I contacted them after sending requested information and am waiting to hear back. Lines are very busy when I called them again!

I have been using this now for about a week since I purchased and I am on my feet over 12 hrs a day and after a long day this has relieved a lot of that end of day wear and tear and I feel better when I wake up.

I feel great after using the Chi machine. I'm glad that I bought it, my son says it's the easiest for of exercise and he's willing to do it more often. I can't wait to see what this is going to do to my weight loss program I'm so excited to find out!!!
