Seems to work pretty well. Get the light colored fabric, which is the floor lined up with the frame one assembling and it’s not a bad job at all.

Set up was fairly easy/ok. Red light therapy tried and worked. Just getting it set up so not sure at this time. Haven’t yet tried steam.

The cord for the steamer could be longer, the short cord made my options limited due to my set up off my exercise room.

I wish the red light was bigger & in a better spot. The remote & buttons on the machine don’t work. Have to use the app to work it

Compact Design

I set up my new portable sauna in my guest room. Was very easy to set up and fits snugly in the corner of the room without being obtrusive. It's very easy to use and works really well. My only complaint is that I forget to check the diffuser and do spill water on the sauna floor occasionally, but that's not a huge issue. I love the red-light panel and will stand up & spin occasionally to allow the lights to hit all the joins.
