It seems to be working pretty good. I had to go out and get an extension cord or I would’ve went nuts. I don’t understand the pulsing what the difference between the lights are for it doesn’t seem to be explained the pulsing in the non-pulsing and all that, but it seems to be pretty good

I haven’t been using this very long, so I don’t have a lot to say about it yet. I have used a different brand of light therapy tool in the past and found it to be helpful for recovery from FAI hip surgery. The quality of the materials and construction seems good to me. I wish it came in sizing because the belt is very long. I am not tiny, just smaller than the typical I’m guessing adult male body, for which this was designed. I have a 27” waist and the belt is awkwardly long when I’m using this for my low back (which is my prime area of concern.

Don't even remember why I bought it (might have been on sale through a morning show I watch)
REALLY glad I did, it really seemed to help my long term spinal arthritis. Think it was probably the heat more than the red light, still very happy with it!
