Have not used yet. Trying to register for warranty

I'm trying to register for warranty and they want a review when I haven't even used it yet. "Must register within 7 days to be eligible" for Lifetime Warranty. Assembly was straight forward and all the parts were included.

Ideal for seniors who live in an apartment in the winter and on a boat in the summer. When it is cold outside or anchored out on the water, exercise is available with this compact, portable bike.

foot straps too short

The machine works well, however my wife size 6 wide feet fit snuggly on longest strap opening. I cannot ger my mens size 7 wide in the strap without strap popping off the pedal. I cannot see how anyone with larger feet could use it. Strap should be a few inches longer.

We got this for my mom who is 91 with arthritic knees. So far she has been using it every day and it seems to help.
