It works well except the mat slides constantly when it's under the bike.

The mat slides constantly when it's placed under the bike which is a useless thing to use. Other than that the bike works good.

The machine is useless. It does not stay in place. The no skid mat does not keep it in place. So when you use it with any resistance tension it slides away from you and you are forever moving it back into position. The machine sucks don’t buy it.

I just received my lifepro fitness cycle today!. My husband put it together..easy peasy. I gave it a quick test run so I could do the review and was thrilled. It's so quiet which is great because when we're watching tv at night, who wants to hear something clacking around. There's no hang ups while pedaling ... just a smooth ride. I'm going to enjoy working out with this unlike a regular exercycle which is so uncomfortable and takes up so much space.
