Just received my flexcycle plus. Easy set up and will start my daily program tomorrow. Looking forward to see if this helps my knees. I was told by my orthopedic doctor to cycle or swim to strengthen knees. So happy I was able to get this before they sold out. Will keep you posted on my progress.

Great for older people

I was getting stiff muscles in my legs. I’ve only used this s few times and I’m already loosing up and it’s helping my knees which are almost bone on bone. Unit is small and unobtrusive. Highly recommend
