Two for two

For over a year been using the vibration plate, and have a following. I coming up to 70, and family and doctors worry about being the walking in Texas heat. And upright bike takes up to much space. I use it on/ off all day when sitting, and knees feel better than walking once a day.

I purchased this because I have lost a lot of of my muscle and strength in my legs. Even after a few days, it has helped me increase my stability and my balance as well as my stamina. I plan to keep up this exercise routine to make my life a healthier one!

Got this for my Father-in-law to get some exercise at the ripe old age of 93.
