Lower leg mini bike

This foot pedal bike is great, super quiet, not too heavy and provides a nice little leg boost when sitting and watching tv. Sitting is the new smoking so if you can do a little exercise while sitting like pedaling with this bike then something is better than nothing. It would also work well with promoting circulation in your lower legs. The bike was easy to assemble and use. There are multiple resistance settings for pedaling which can give you a decent little workout. Plus the arm bands have a good amount of tension to workout your arms. This is a great investment long term especially for health benefits. There is also a convenient handle on the bike to carry and maneuver it. Great product, worth the money.

I’ve been looking for a bike like this! My activity level has greatly decreased due to health issues. Meanwhile, my body has been suffering due to the reduced activity. I look forward to regaining muscle strength and stamina.
