I'm shocked it works so well. It's been so cold here in the Northeast that I haven't done my daily walking. This works great as a replacement. I've actually noticed other parts of my body toning up as well! Thanks to GMA for having this on their show!

FlexCycle Exercise Bike

I recently received this bike and have started using it, and I find it very easy to use. I’ve mostly used it at night while watching TV to get my heart pumping. It’s incredibly convenient to keep nearby, which makes it easy to use anytime. (My treadmill, which I barely use right now, is stuck in my freezing garage!)
