Two for two

For over a year been using the vibration plate, and have a following. I coming up to 70, and family and doctors worry about being the walking in Texas heat. And upright bike takes up to much space. I use it on/ off all day when sitting, and knees feel better than walking once a day.

Can’t get the left pedal attached. The threads don’t match up and it looks like the pedal screw is thicker than the insert threads
