Clunking sound while pedaling

I only used the equipment a couple of times, and now it has a clunking sound on the right side. Not sure what my options are?

Perfect underdesk bike to use while stuck at your desk. I work in IT and work from home a majority of the time. This is perfect when you're stuck in meetings

Je suis satisfaite de mon achat, le cycle est très silencieux et de très bonne qualité. Nous l'avons acheté selon la référence de notre belle-fille qui souffre d'une ataxie et qui doit faire de l'exercice pour garder sa mobilité, elle nous a dit qu'elle l'adorait et nous avons décidé d'en faire l'achat nous aussi.

Surprising quality

I was very surprised by the quality of the cycle. I just received and assembled, peddles was a bit difficult to get on other than that assembly was fairly easy. Excited to start using will update later.

Doctor suggested cycling

Just received my flexcycle plus. Easy set up and will start my daily program tomorrow. Looking forward to see if this helps my knees. I was told by my orthopedic doctor to cycle or swim to strengthen knees. So happy I was able to get this before they sold out. Will keep you posted on my progress.
