Great for older people with limited mobility

The Lifepro 3-in-1 Under Desk Cycle Pedal Exerciser with Resistance Bands is a high quality machine that really gives someone with limited mobility an excellent workout! At first I thought, this is too easy so how can it benefit me. I cranked up the dial a few numbers and Wow! I quickly felt my leg muscles getting a serious workout and my heart was racing ... in a good way! Excellent aerobic workout. I highly recommend this machine.

FlexCycle Plus

My LifePro FlexCycle Plus Exercise bike arrived a few days ago and I couldn’t wait to assemble it. Took me less than 15min. to assemble everything. The foot peddle straps were the most difficult part of the assembly. Although today is my first day using, I find the bike to be easy on the knees when peddling (I started on tension level 2) and very quiet. I really like that the peddling is continuously smooth and not glitchy like some other floor bikes. I’m using on a carpeted floor and haven’t had any sliding or movement. The FlexCycle Plus does come with an exercise mat for hardwood floors and to prevent any sliding. I’m planing on using my FlexCycle 3-4 times per week to help with sore knees, blood circulation and overall health improvement. I’m happy to have added the FlexCycle Plus Exercise Bike as part of my regular exercise routine.
