This hurt my Achilles

The instructions mentioning using this 3x per day, every day, for 3 weeks, but this seems far too much. I used 3x each day for 2 days and noticed my pain was more acute and stinging. I stopped using the light and it’s better. I think you should modify your guidance.

Is replacement from company as other didnt work right. I still cant get a directions for using button on website for this model LP-LMCR-SLV. To go thru 630, 660, 850 etc
