I was able to get a new Infrared Sauna blanket because my model was recalled. It took a little time but Lifepro was great to work with. They really honor the lifetime warranty.

This is my replacement blanket. I had been using mine for about a year and when the arm zippers fell off, the customer satisfaction team was on top of it and I just received my new sauna blanket. I’m thrilled!
