On my first use I took the recommendations and started at a Lower temperature and used 20 min. I felt so relaxed. Cant wait to put this into my routine!

I was thinking I was going to need another cortisone shot in my knee, but using this for 30 min at 122 degrees is working wonders?

I used the first one for almost 2 years before it went out and suddenly stopped getting hot. I didn't register my first one so I did end up having to purchase the second one at full price, but I would have a hard time living without this now so it's worth it. Just remember to register it!
