Relaxing Sauna

I have just received my sauna blanket. I love the pink color and my first try was so relaxing. I had a great nap and really slept well that night. It is also so nice that it folds away into the nice carrying bag it came with and doesn't take up a lot of room when not in use.

Easy to use, comes with a timer in case you fall asleep and instructions are provided. I love that it comes with the body blankets to use and how to purchase more.

Daydreaming about my sauna blanket

I love it! Throughout the day, I catch myself thinking about the sauna blanket and when I can use it next. It feels so nice, especially on cold winter nights. My infatuation with my new blanket might be useful in starting other mindfulness habits while I'm still and relaxed. Sauna blanket mediation and prayer time.
