After using the blanket twice, I feel so much warmer afterward. Time will tell if it helps with weight loss, but I feel better which is very important.

The act of sitting in a this Infared sauna blanket before bed makes my sleep deeper than I've had in ages. It is like a deep warm hug where after I emerge form, I can sleep without pain.

The first time I used the blanket it blew my mind. Very intense and it was a struggle staying in it for 25 minutes but I'm glad I did. I was amazed by how much liquid came out of me. Not so much the second time. Perhaps I didn't have enough fluids on board. Sleep is amazing. I'm very pleased with the product
