Have only had it for a week, however so far I absolutely love it. I find it provides great heat that seems to penetrate into my muscles. Not sure where the infrared comes from but the heat is definitely working.

Using my blanket in the mornings really gives me a peaceful foundation for the day. As I am enjoying the heat, & the blanket is ridding my body of toxins, improving my circulation & burning calories, I meditate. This practice really helps me with mental clarity & the energy I feel helps tremendously. I highly recommend if you are considering the sauna blanket to stay consistent. You will definitely feel the positive affects.
