So easy to use and amazing to have the benefits of an infrared sauna at home that is easy to use and convenient to store! I was amazed at the sweat from just 30 minutes of use and how revitalized and relaxed I felt afterwards!

An interesting dive into energy based healing products, this has helped me overcome some annoying hurdles in my Lyme disease journey which sadly will be a life long event. But the detox and blood flow benefits with high heat settings (perfect for when your freezing all the time) Have been enjoyable beyond belief.
I am not very found of the plasticy smell but that will get better with age.
