This device along with the infrared light belt keep my lower back moving smoothly. The sauna blanket really helps me sleep well too. My daughter tried it. She loves it after teaching Zumba and chasing kids.

I bought this for my husband hoping it would help his circulation problem in one leg. He loves it! It is so easy to use and you don't have to zip it all the way up. We have tried everything and this is the answer!!
