Quality product and it’s too early to tell, but I’ve definitely felt a change in mobility and soreness in the 4 uses so far. I’ll update in about 3-weeks.

This is such a relaxing time in this blanket that reduces anxiety, reduces aches and pains and can also be used for detoxing and assisting weight loss. Highly recommend!

It worked great at first. But less than a year old, the bottom part stopped working. I tried to contact them several times about the warranty and never heard back from the company.
