I enjoyed my first time using the sauna. I hope in time it helps with my weight loss journey. I also have back problems, it flares up often so I feel as this will help on those days!!

I love this blanket! You can chose to have your arms in or out while being in there. I was drenched when I was done. I felt so much better. I can't wait to use it again.
