After speaking to my homeopath about infrared saunas and their benefits I decided to go for one.
Couldn’t afford one of those cabins built in my house so most practical thing was this, the sauna blanket.
Wow, this has been so good.
Not only is it made of very high quality materials, it does what it says it should.
Put it on your bed, eye mask on, lights low and bio resonance frequency music and you have your very own spa.

Me and my wife are fighting over it and using it every night since it arrived.
Soon we are taking it on holiday with some buddies to use along with the hot tub in our rented holiday accommodation, we are going to turn it into a spa resort.
