I’ve just started using my sauna. It was warm and cozy. Easy to set up and program. I’m looking forward to using it in a couple days. I’m starting slow I do have issues with heat. So far it is great!

Issues since receipt of product, from never receiving warranty certificate described in email confirming my registration of my infared bblanket.To no response to my inquiries for assistance. The infared blanket itself came with defective zizippers. The tabs above the zipper for the arms, came off in the plastic as it was unwrapped. Resulting in the arm wholes having ro remain open with no option to close them.
