I love this blanket! You can chose to have your arms in or out while being in there. I was drenched when I was done. I felt so much better. I can't wait to use it again.

I thought, if it doesn't really work - it probably just won't get hot enough, or I won't end up really sweating. But, it works! I would say, wear yoga pants and a little shirt with socks, so your not fighting against burning on your skin. It definitely gets hot enough! I'm excited to have this around, any day at any time ?

Bio remedy Infrared Sauna Blanket

In the past, I’ve done infrared sauna treatments at facilities outside of my home. They were satisfying but somewhat expensive. I look forward to having the same experiences and effects in the comfort of my own home.
