I have fibromyalgia and it stinks. This blanket warms up nicely and gives me a nice feeling of relaxation. I only lay in it for 30 minutes so time will tell. So far so good. Hubby has Poly myalgia Rheumatica and he loved it and he never likes anything.

Zipper issues

I do love everything about the sauna blanket, but there are definite issues with the zipper being able to flip from one side to the other. I really really think it needs to be easier to zip from the inside zipping it up. It gets stuck and it’s very unsettling.
