This bag is great I have used it twice already. 1st time 130 degrees for 30 minutes
2nd time 159 degrees for 39 minutes

So far I’ve used it three times and really enjoy the “me time”. I’ve been listening to audiobooks as I relax in the sauna blanket.

I bought this for my wife. It last 6 uses before it quit working. The wires became exposed and frayed apart. This not only caused it to stop working but become a safety risk
