Only used it once so far and it seems nice. It’s too soon to really tell if it’s very effective or not. But it’s very comfortable and big for me and I got the regular size. I’m 5’5” and 130 lbs

Sauna Blanket

I absolutely love this blanket. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and I notice less pain the next day or so when I use the sauna blanket. It also relaxes and is a great way to destress.

Bio Remedy Infared sauna blanket

Since I have not had it that long, I have only used it 3 times so far. The first two times I had blemishes pop out on my face. The third time I did not. I still need to learn how to manage the water intake. I have drunk water before, and after the sauna as suggested when I use the sauna at night. But that makes me get up and go to the bathroom many times during the night. Overall, I look forward to using the sauna blanket regularly in the future.
