I love heat! My body does not respond well to cold. I've been in physical therapy for awhile due to chronic pain, this sauna blanket is going to be my new best friend!

Love this IR blanket

On my first use I took the recommendations and started at a Lower temperature and used 20 min. I felt so relaxed. Cant wait to put this into my routine!

I was thinking I was going to need another cortisone shot in my knee, but using this for 30 min at 122 degrees is working wonders?
