Just received my sauna blanket today. Can't wait to use it. I already have the Rhythm Vibration plate and love that. I assume I will be just as pleased with this item too.

I haven't given it a full use yet, just opened it and got in, just to see how it felt. Ended up staying in for 1/2 hr and it was marvelous. I have a slipped disc and I was pain free for the rest of the day. Excited for future

tried it for first time at 150 for 20 minutes (lol, I sound like I am baking a turkey). Didn't work up too much of a sweat but felt relaxed and stress free. Hoping for some pain relief and detox so will be adding degrees and time.
