Just got it last night. Used it once...seems to work well. Had to set it to 176 before I started to sweat but even at lower temp if felt great. Really helped with the pain in my muscles.

Just used the sauna blanket for the first time. I expected the temperature to be much hotter once I was zipped inside. However, it was pretty warm.
As the instructions stated I laid it out on the floor and grabbed a pillow it was comfortable. Will update review after more uses

Not bad but...

It seems that my first review wasn't published, probably because I complained about the stitching already coming apart. The sauna blanket works wonderfully and I definitely notice a difference...I just thought it would have held up better. I am giving it 3 stars now because my first review wasn't published, lets see if this one does

Like the infrared and heat it seems to be helping me ease the stiffness from an injury. Used the thermal wrap to hopefully detox. I did need to drink more water after the detox. So far easy to use and helping me after I workout.

Excited to get in this blanket. Ready for the best detox , start with a this lifepro sauna blanket. Heat setting are amazing. My body felt regenerated.
