It delivers lovely heating.
I wish it was a bit longer - we are short people and my husband barely fits. And the placement of the control seems awkward as it’s closer to the feet and needs to be dragged upwards

This sauna blanket is so comfortable. I get it ready and then lay in it for 30 minutes. I feel so refreshed afterwards. It is a must have for even if you aren't into fitness, just laying in the blanket after work relaxes me and melts the stress of the day away.
