Daydreaming about my sauna blanket

I love it! Throughout the day, I catch myself thinking about the sauna blanket and when I can use it next. It feels so nice, especially on cold winter nights. My infatuation with my new blanket might be useful in starting other mindfulness habits while I'm still and relaxed. Sauna blanket mediation and prayer time.

I have just received the infrared sauna wrap. I’m just learning how to use the remote and I would like to be able to use it for 20 minutes but I’m not able to get that number. I hope it benefits my body as I continue to try.
