Great portable sauna

Just received and used for the first time. Very easy to set up, unfold and refold. I started at 122 degrees for 20 minutes, no sweat but I did feel a lot better. I will slowly increase time and temperature. Great product if you are looking for a sauna but short on space and $.

M.S. affects me in many ways - but the sauna heat is a blessing! My body is able to fully relax and the energy load after is awesome! I use the sauna blanket early everyday to get me moving throughout the day:)

Relaxing Sauna

I have just received my sauna blanket. I love the pink color and my first try was so relaxing. I had a great nap and really slept well that night. It is also so nice that it folds away into the nice carrying bag it came with and doesn't take up a lot of room when not in use.

Easy to use, comes with a timer in case you fall asleep and instructions are provided. I love that it comes with the body blankets to use and how to purchase more.
