Bought this for all benefits plus I had hip pain no one could explain. So I get in my blanket 3-4 times a week for an hour and pain is pretty much gone. If I miss a few days, I know it and use it again. Best product!!

I tried my sauna blanket for the first time this morning and it was amazing. I got the sweat I was looking for in the comfort of my home. I will be using this blanket often.
My only feedback is that I would have loved to get a bag to store it in but they only include them in the regular size.
