I have an infrared sauna but for a "quickie" keep the infrared blanket in my bedroom and just unroll and go. A quick 20 minute comfy therapeutic warmup before bedtime. And it heats up really fast. It unzips into a blanket so my dogs can also get some healing vibes. What would be even more awesome is if it came with a big pillowcase that I could slip into, don't like the plastic on my body so I put two big white towels under and on top of me. Great for those that don't have the space for a big sauna or the money. Great alternative.

I absolutely love this product. Its a life saver specially during winter months and has helped me cope with the cold and body temperature disregulation. Very convenient and easy to use. Did not like the zipper set up of the hands. The zipper and end caps fell off within a month. But love the product. I use it every single day.
