I love my infrared sauna pad and use it at least five times a week at 150 degrees for about 45 minutes

Don't know yet if it works because I just received it, but apparently can't submit my registration without reviewing, which is weird to me. I'm guessing it will be great, but I can't give it 5 stars until I've tried it, so 3 it is. If I can change it later, I will.

I have terrible Fibromyalgia and I am often in pain.
This Sauna Blanket has really helped me with pain and relaxation.
Often I am chilled from within and I just climb in my sauna blanket and warm up quickly. This was a great gift from my hubby
