So far seems good. Used once and not sure about infrared quality. It gets hot like a sauna but will see if infrared benefits are good which is why I purchased.

BioRemedy infrared sauna blanket
I am taking it slow to get used to it. The first time I stayed inside it for 10 minutes. The second time 15 minutes. I am trying to read and learn more about how to use it and what to do for aftercare
